Words which describes a person or thing in any form of sentence. It can be quality of a person or it can be bad features of a thing.

Let me explain you with examples:

He is the richest man in terms of behavior.

My best friend is kind.

That kid is so cute that I cant imagine.

The water is still.

The torch is flashing.

Adjective is typical to categories  That’s why we categorize it as countable and non-countable noun known as Quantifiers.

For examples:

Countable noun

4 Kg of rice.

1 L milk.

Few apples
